If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. (please note this does not include made to order crochet, this is final sale) Please carefully review the following guidelines and instructions:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unused condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing.
2. Return Process:
Contact us at Solanalondon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.
4. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the item passes inspection, we will process your return within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Made-to-Order Crochet Items: Due to the customized and personalized nature of our made-to-order crochet items, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all details, including size and color, are accurately provided when placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
